They are great quality and were a limited-time exclusive promotion available only at a major retail outlet in Russia that is comparable to Walmart or Target in the United States.
We were lucky enough to obtain them while in Russia before they disappeared forever. It was not easy. The Toothless and Light Fury did vanish immediately and we had to travel all over the Krasnodar region to get the few that we do have. You will not be able to find these anywhere else.
