We have a 30 day return for refund policy on all new goods.
Used goods are exempt from this policy.
All new factory-sealed items must be returned in the exact same unopened condition to qualify for a refund.
Opened will be considered used and used items are not be eligible for a refund.
There is a 10% restocking fee on returned items.
Return shipping is buyer responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card payment method. This can take 1-7 business days depending on your credit card. This credit will not include the original shipping cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will take care of it.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Your shipping method should include insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items Arrived Damaged
All items are packed and shipped with extreme care so there is little to zero chance of an item being damaged in transit but in the rare case that this does happen, all items include shipping insurance and we will provide you with all of the proper tools to fill out an insurance claim. Due to the way insurance claims work with the USPS this will be done on your end but the process is an easy one.
You will need to keep the original packaging and take photos for USPS when submitting your claim online. Do not ship or attempt to return the package. This will void the USPS claim.
Why No Free Returns?
As a small business, we stand by our current return policy because we are very accurate and fast with all of our products. There is nothing to hide and you will get exactly what you ordered in a timely manor. We do understand in some cases a buyer may change their mind and want to return something even though it is exactly what they ordered and that is why in this case we do allow you to return the unopened item at your own expense for shipping and a restocking fee.
We can promise to stand by our accuracy and if we ever make an error or mistake on our end, we will handle the return shipping and get you the right product.
Exempt from Policy
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. There are no returns on used items, perishable goods such as food, drinks, anything with an expiration date, supplements, books, and media such as VHS, DVDs, movies, or magazines cannot be returned.
